A Health and Wellness Coach is a type of health care professional who helps people in setting goals and engaging in behaviors that allow them to achieve their health goal.

How can Holistic Healing Hawai’i help?

I help people who feel challenged by chronic health conditions, implement comprehensive lifestyle changes in stress management, nutrition, movement, sleep, weight loss, smoking cessation, mindfulness/mindset and living according to what matters most.


A minimum of three months of coaching is recommended in order to experience the benefits of health coaching. Based on research, it takes a minimum of 3 months to develop lasting change in habits. 

Each client receives a complementary 20-minute initial consultation before the coaching agreement is made. The first session is approximately 75 minutes, and subsequent sessions are between 30-60 minutes, depending on the package.
